How do I return an item?

If you receive a product you believe to be faulty, we offer the following options:

You will be required to return the faulty item at your cost. That can be dropping it off to us or shipping it back. When we have confirmed that it is faulty, we will refund fair shipping costs to you and discuss the above options.
