Shipping and Returns

Strictly Outdoors Ltd uses PBT Couriers as our courier. Usually, products are delivered within 5 working days.

Our products are sold primarily within New Zealand but if you require shipment to another country, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

How do I return an item?

If you receive a product you believe to be faulty, we offer the following options:

  • exchange
  • repair
  • refund
  • replacement product

You will be required to return the faulty item at your cost.  When we have confirmed that it is faulty, we will refund fair shipping costs to you and discuss the above options. We reserve the right to decide whether a refund is appropriate.

How can I track my parcel?

We would have sent you an email with your tracking number. Please follow this link  and place it in the tracking bar to find where your parcel is.
