By elevating you off the ground, the tent provides extra protection against the elements, and the 75mm memory foam mattress offers higher density, ensuring you won’t feel like you’re sinking to the floor for a comfortable night’s sleep.

We've upgraded to a 1000D PVC cover that includes four clips to ensure the cover is always tight. These covers are all seam sealed and 100% watertight, providing excellent protection for your tent.

We try our absolute hardest to ensure all products are quality checked before they leave our warehouse. Saying that, sometimes you can't catch a fault until you use the item, which is why we try to make our returns and refunds process as smooth and clear as possible.

If you've found a fault with one of our products, or find it doesn't work as you expected it to, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can put it right and get that smile back on your dial!

We don't mess around with store credit - unless you'd like that option - so if we can't help you we'll simply refund your purchase price and (in many cases) the shipping.

How do I return an item?

If you receive a product you believe to be faulty, we offer the following options:

• Replacement product

You will be required to return the faulty item at your cost. That can be dropping it off to us or shipping it back. When we have confirmed that it is faulty, we will refund fair shipping costs to you and discuss the above options. We reserve the right to decide whether a refund is appropriate, but we won't be bastards about it.
