Which shipping company do you use?

Strictly Outdoors Ltd uses PBT Couriers as our courier.

Where is my order?

Usually, products are delivered within 5 working days, however in the current climate please allow up to 10 working days. If your items haven't arrived by then, your best bet is to contact the shipping company. Otherwise you can contact us and we'll chase your order up on behalf. Please note that you will receive an email when we send your items out to the courier.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Our products are sold primarily within New Zealand but if you require shipment to another country, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

I put the wrong address, what do I do?

If you've made a mistake and need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible via email or social media.

Please note that we cannot ship to rural (RD) addresses unless you choose that option in checkout.

Do you accept pick up?

Our warehouses are located in the Bay of Plenty and in most cases we do accept pick up. Just select that option during check out, and if for any reason we cannot fulfill your pick up request we will let you know as soon as!

How can I track my parcel?

We would have sent you an email with your tracking number. You can get to the PBT website here and place it in the tracking bar to find where your parcel is.

We try our absolute hardest to ensure all products are quality checked before they leave our warehouse. Saying that, sometimes you can't catch a fault until you use the item, which is why we try to make our returns and refunds process as smooth and clear as possible.

If you've found a fault with one of our products, or find it doesn't work as you expected it to, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so we can put it right and get that smile back on your dial!

We don't mess around with store credit - unless you'd like that option - so if we can't help you we'll simply refund your purchase price and (in many cases) the shipping.

How do I return an item?

If you receive a product you believe to be faulty, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange
  • Repair
  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement product

You will be required to return the faulty item at your cost. That can be dropping it off to us or shipping it back. When we have confirmed that it is faulty, we will refund fair shipping costs to you and discuss the above options. We reserve the right to decide whether a refund is appropriate, but we won't be bastards about it.

Yes! Strictly Outdoors was started from a passion for hunting and the outdoors. We actually funded the company by trapping possums and hunting turkeys (yep, that's a thing!) How long will it take to get my package?

Typically, we say to allow 3-5 days. However since COVID19 has drastically increased demand for shipping, please don't be worried if your purchase is delayed. You can always keep an eye on your items via the PBT website.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days, you can ask us to chase it up on your behalf.

What Shipping methods are available?

We offer both rural and non-rural domestic shipping here in New Zealand. Please choose the appropriate shipping option at the checkout.

Please be aware we will be unable to send items to a rural address if you tick the option for "Non-Rural" shipping. If you do this by mistake or need to change your address, contact us ASAP.
