Typically, we say to allow 3-5 days maximum. This allows room for postage and handling issues with the courier (not that it happens!) If your order still hasn't arrived within this time, we suggest you get in touch with the courier themselves.
We offer both rural and non-rural domestic shipping here in New Zealand. Please choose the appropriate shipping option at the checkout. Please be aware we will be unable to send items to a rural address if you tick the option for "Non-Rural" shipping.
