Are you a New Zealand owned company?

Yes! Strictly Outdoors was started from a passion for hunting and the outdoors. We actually funded the company by trapping possums and hunting turkeys (yep, that's a thing!) How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly through PBT Couriers website.

How can I cancel or change my order?

How can I return a product?

How long will it take to get my package?

Typically, we say to allow 3-5 days. However since COVID19 has drastically increased demand for shipping, please don't be worried if your purchase is delayed. You can always keep an eye on your items via the PBT website.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days, you can ask us to chase it up on your behalf.

What Shipping methods are available?

We offer both rural and non-rural domestic shipping here in New Zealand. Please choose the appropriate shipping option at the checkout.

Please be aware we will be unable to send items to a rural address if you tick the option for "Non-Rural" shipping. If you do this by mistake or need to change your address, contact us ASAP.
